ChemPUR offers yttrium oxide Y₂O₃ in several grades and delivery forms. Available are powder grades from 99.9% to 99.9999% (REO) as well as 1 g yttrium oxide tablets. In what purities is yttrium available?
At ChemPUR, yttrium is primarily available as a metal in 99.5+% (REO) and 99.9% (REO). Yttrium powder is offered at 99.9% (REO), and yttrium chips at 99.5+% (REO). Granules, pieces, foils, wires, rods, and sputtering targets are each available at 99.9% (REO).
For yttrium compounds, the spectrum extends significantly further depending on the product. Yttrium oxide, for example, is available in grades from 99.9% to 99.9999% (REO). Yttrium acetate, chloride, nitrate, oxalate, fluoride, and other compounds are also offered in various REO grades. REO means that the purity specification refers to the rare earth oxide basis. The suitable grade depends on your application and the required product form.
